Papierfabrik August Koehler SE to increase prices for carbonless paper by 6-8%

Posted March 21, 2018
Germany's Papierfabrik August Koehler SE to increase prices for carbonless paper. The increase will be 6 - 8% and be valid for deliveries from May 1st onwards, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The costs for carbonless paper in reels and sheets continue to rise. Prices for pulp, chemicals, especially for leuco dyes, result in considerably higher production costs. It is therefore inevitable to increase sales prices globally for carbonless paper as well.

The Koehler Paper Group is one of the few independent German companies in the paper industry.
