Ponsse’s consolidated net sales for January-September 2018 amounted to Euro 415.9 million, which is 4.4% more than in January-September 2017. International business operations accounted for 76.6% of net sales, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

The operating result amounted to Euro 39.3 million. The operating result equalled 9.5% of net sales for the period under review. Consolidated return on capital employed (ROCE) stood at 19%.

President and CEO Juho Nummela, said: “During the 3Q, Ponsse’s order intake reached a new record. Demand for PONSSE forest machines was up, increasing our order books to Euro 281.6 million. Demand remained high in nearly all of our market areas”.
