Pro-Gest reported 1 H 2015 consolidated turnover of Euro 245 million

Aug 30, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Pro-Gest ended the first semester with a consolidated turnover of Euro 245 million and an EBITDA percentage of 17.2%. The sales increase during 2015 corresponds to 36%, with an EBITDA increase of 8%, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

“These numbers give me optimism about the progression of the year 2015 which should end with figures in line with those shown during this first semester. Our ability to develop and anticipate market strategies, diversify our products and always make it our priority to invest in technology, has brought us once again to considerable results in terms of numbers,” commented Bruno Zago.

“Thanks to the substantial investments made during 2014 and 2015 we are the only group in Italy that can offer highly performant products in terms of weight, consistency and quality, in line with the highest European standards,” concludes the CEO of Pro-Gest.

The strength of Pro-Gest is its vertical integration; the group is the Italian market leader in the manufacturing of containerboard from recycled fiber, corrugated board and packaging with excellent solutions particularly for food packaging, of which it exports 90% outside of the country.
