Apr 20, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. Proteak informs, that an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting declared a capital increase through the emission of 25 million Ordinary Participation Certificates (OPCs or CPOs in Spanish), at a price of 15 pesos per OPC.

Funds will be used for the expansion of Proteak’s industrial wood operations.

Proteak is the largest forest-industrial company in Mexico and Central America. With 18,000 hectares of plantations in Mexico, Costa Rica and Colombia, it exports products to over 15 destinations in America, Europe and Asia.
