With a strong background in brand management, product marketing, and personnel management, Cornelia Sprung brings 25 years of experience in the wood products industry to RedBuilt. Prior to RedBuilt, Sprung worked for Weyerhaeuser Wood Products and the former Trus Joist engineered wood products business in a variety of roles, including Marketing Communications Manager and Manager of Technical Literature.
“I started my career in the commercial wood products industry over two decades ago, and it feels good to return to my roots,” she says. “I look forward to working with the RedBuilt team to implement innovative, cohesive marketing campaigns.”
South Coast Region Sales Manager Mike Hayley has years of experience designing structural framing systems in wood, steel and concrete, and has assisted architects and engineers for more than a decade with floor and roof framing systems that use commercial engineered wood products. Since 1999, he’s managed business development over a large territory.
Intermountain Region Sales Manager Jason Weber has 19 years of engineered wood products sales experience. He is a recognized leader among his peers, and has received numerous sales awards during his career, including being recognized as RedBuilt Sales Rep of the Year in 2010.
