Gross loss from continuing operations for the second quarter of 2017 was $(0.7) million, as compared to $(1.7) million in the prior year period. Operating loss from continuing operations for the 2Q 2017 was $(7.6) million, as compared to $(11.8) million in the prior year period.
Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA loss from continuing operations for the 2Q 2017 was $(4.6) million, as compared to $(5.3) million in the prior year period.
Consolidated revenues from continuing operations for the first six months of 2017 were $57 million, as compared to $71.7 million in the prior year period.
Gross loss from continuing operations for the 1H 2017 was $(1.4) million, as compared $(1.5) million in the prior year period. Operating loss from continuing operations for the first six months of 2017 was $(38.6) million, as compared to $(21.9) million in the prior year period. Rentech recorded asset and goodwill impairment charges of $7.8 million and $13.1 million, respectively, during the first six months of 2017 which negatively impacted operating loss for the period.
Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA loss from continuing operations for the first six months of 2017 was $(10.7) million, as compared to $(9.3) million in the prior year period.
