May 01, 2015. /Lesprom Network/. RusForest sold 19,291 cubic metres of sawnwood from Magistralny sawmill in 1Q 2015 compared with 22,046 cubic metres in 1Q 2014 (-12.5%). RusForest also had sold 16,410 cubic metres of sawlogs in 1Q 2015 compared with 27,852 cubic metres in 1Q 2014 (-41.1%), as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

RusForest decreased sales volumes both of sawnwood and sawlogs in 1Q 2015 compared with the same period in 2014 due to difficult market conditions for sawnwood in Uzbekistan and Egypt (sawnwood), as well as continued oversupply of both sawnwood and sawlogs on the Chinese market.
