The change of the Company’s name is conditional upon the approval of the Shareholders by way of a special resolution at a special general meeting of the Shareholders and the approval of the proposed new name by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda.
In addition, the Company will make an amendment to the Bye-laws to reflect the change of the Company’s name.
