CAMCE Investment Management Co (China) and SiberWood Holding LTD (Cyprus) signed a framework investment agreement, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The aim of the framework investment agreement is to define the terms and conditions under which the parties will enter into a co-investment of a new pulp mill, planned for construction in the Yenisei district of the Krasnoyarsk region, Russia.
The signing of the agreement has become the following step as planned in realization of the investment project "Construction of wood-chemical complex in the Yenisei district of the Krasnoyarsk region" and a logical continuation of the development of business relations between the companies of Russia and China.
Siberwood LLC is a company founded in 2012 by initiative of private investors and professionals with extensive experience in the field of investment projects in Russia and internationally.
