Adam Wood is responsible for the Company's Sonoco-Alcore subsidiary, based in Brussels, Belgium, which operates 30 tube and core plants and five paperboard mills in Europe.
He began his career with Sonoco in 2003 as European sales director. Over the next 10 years he progressed through various positions of increasing responsibility, including serving as regional sales manager for the Company's North America Industrial Products Division. Prior to this appointment, Wood was division vice president and general manger, Industrial Europe.

Sonoco is a global provider of a variety of consumer packaging, industrial products, protective packaging and packaging supply chain services.
