Gabriela’s background includes working for American Hardwood Export Council (AHEC) over the last four years as a program manager, where she was introduced to the world of wood, its uses and sustainable forest management practices in the USA. Before AHEC, she gained valuable experience working for Franklin Covey in Mexico City, in the areas of logistics and operations. In both positions, Gabriela organized seminars, trade show exhibits and other promotional activities.
“Gabriela will provide some valuable assistance in executing our planned promotions in the Latin American market,” said Richard Kleiner, SFPA’s senior director of international markets.
The Mexico office of American Softwoods also coordinates activities throughout Latin American and the Caribbean Basin region.
