Sisse Fjelsted Rasmussen has decided to step down as CFO of Stark Group later this year to pursue a new career as a board member and advisor.
Having served as CFO of Stark Group for the past 6 years, Sisse Fjelsted Rasmussen has been instrumental in the strategic and financial turnaround of the business and in bringing it back on the growth track under private equity ownership.
The announcement of a new Group CFO is expected before the summer. Sisse Fjelsted Rasmussen will act in her role until the end of September 2024.
