Mr. Johansson will be based in Söderhamn, Sweden, and takes over from Henrik Lefvert, who has been serving in this role on an interim basis since March, when USNR acquired Söderhamn Eriksson.
Mr. Johansson brings an abundance of experience to Söderhamn Eriksson. Early in his career he worked for Söderhamn Eriksson as an Area Sales Manager, but most recently he has served as CEO of BRUKS Group.
Mr. Lefvert is leaving the company to focus on his continuing role as Managing Director of Söderhamn Eriksson’s former sister company, Cellwood Machinery AB, which serves the pulp and paper industries.
USNR/Söderhamn Eriksson is the world’s largest supplier of equipment and technologies for the sawmill industry.
