U.S. boxboard production increased by 1% in March

U.S. total boxboard production in March 2017 increased 1% when compared to March 2016, and increased 10.2% from last month, as the American Forest & Paper Association reported.

Unbleached kraft boxboard production decreased over the same month as last year, but increased compared to last month.

Total solid bleached boxboard & liner production increased when compared to March 2016, and increased compared to last month. The production of recycled boxboard decreased compared to March 2016, but increased when compared to last month.
