Hiltunen assumes the position of former company President Ray Masse. Mr. Masse will continue contributing to the success of OASIS as Chairman of the Board.
As OASIS Vice President & General Manager, Mr. Hiltunen delivered a steady stream of successes including strengthening of regional teams, opening a new California service center, and a concentrated focus on employee development.
