Hamco Bygg AS in Rossfjord will continue to manufacture garages, although the product range is coordinated and marketed under Igland Garasjen. The company will also continue to produce boathouses (naust), with that range coordinated and marketed under Igland-garasjen. From 2025 the company is clearing warehouse stock and selling items including garage doors, openers, roof sheets with accessories, wind barriers for roofs and walls, lumber, exterior cladding, Glava insulation, polystyrene, and drainage and sewage pipes. Hamco Bygg AS manufactures roof trusses using advanced calculation software and machinery to deliver trusses built to order. Construction packages (precut) reduce build time, improve quality, lower costs and decrease waste. Tailored building elements shorten build time, improve quality and reduce costs. Truss production is fully operational and the company is expanding activity with an additional element hall and is recruiting skilled employees. Hamco Bygg AS was acquired by Optimera AS in October 2022 and is transitioning to a pure production company; the company's history dates back to 1979.
