May 06, 2005. /Lesprom Network/. Louisiana-Pacific Corporation (LP) (NYSE: LPX) announced that it has completed the sale of its sawmill located in Gwinn, Mich., to Potlatch Corporation. The plant, which LP purchased from Sawyer Lumber Company in 2000, manufactures jack/red pine studs. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
