The acquisition will enable PaperWorks to provide an expanded supply source for North American paperboard and folding carton customers in multiple markets including food, beverage, household chemicals and personal care. Projected manufacturing output for the combined companies is approximately 400,000 tons of 100% recycled paperboard, annually.
