18 executives to compete for the post of Russian Arkhangelsky CEO

Jun 25, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian Arkhangelsky pulp and paper enterprise will hold the general meeting on June, 30 2004. The general meeting is to adopt the annual and accountant’s reports, set the rates of the dividends to be paid. Besides the meeting should elect a new board of directors. The CEO will be elected out of 18 executives competing for the post, Arkhangelsky chief of public-affairs Vladimir Averin told Lesprom.ru. 18 executives are presently registered as candidates 1. Vladimir Beloglazov: Arkhangelsky CEO, nominated by Pulp Mill Holding GmbH 2. Pavel Vasiliev: deputy-managing director of Arkhangelsky, vice-president of Basic Element company, nominated by Watech Limited 3. Diter Vekhovski: chairman of the monitoring council of Conrad Jacobson GmbH, Germany, nominated by Pulp Mill Holding GmbH 4. Vrold Emil Vroldsen: managing director of Jacob Jurgensen Papier und Zellstoff GmbH, nominated by Pulp Mill Holding GmbH 5. Albert Yevdokimovsky: deputy director on development of Continental Management timber industry company, nominated by Watech Limited 6. Vladimir Kogan: president of Saint-Petersburg banking house, nominated by Valeview Limited 7. Gennadi Korabelshikov: vice-president of Saint-Petersburg banking house, nominated by Valeview Limited 8. Andrei Korobko: CEO of Continental Management timber industry company, nominated by Watech Limited 9. Vasili Kornev: director of the Basic Element project, nominated by Watech Limited 10.
