84 Lumber has opened a new 26,500 square-foot store in La Mirada, California, marking its tenth location in the state and continuing its strategic expansion in the West. The facility, which includes a 42,900 square-foot lumber yard, will supply materials for rebuilding efforts in communities affected by recent wildfires. The store became fully operational following a soft opening in mid-November, according to the Company.

The location currently employs 13 associates and carries a full range of building materials, including lumber, windows, hardware, and outdoor living packages. The company's growth in California, which began in 1976 with a San Jose store, now includes key markets such as San Diego, Riverside, Bakersfield, Beaumont, Clovis, and Stockton. 84 Lumber currently operates 320 facilities in 34 states.
