Boise Cascade Company has finalized its acquisition of Massachusetts-based building materials distributor Humphrey Company, Inc., operating as Holden Humphrey. The deal strengthens Boise Cascade's distribution network and product offerings for customers in the northeastern United States.
The acquired company is a two-step distributor located in Chicopee, Massachusetts.
Boise Cascade is one of the largest producers of engineered wood products and plywood in North America and a major U.S. wholesale distributor of building products.
