Broadview Holding B.V. has completed the acquisition of the Formica Group from Fletcher Building Ltd. This transaction was announced on 18 December 2018.
Broadview welcomes the Formica companies to its family of businesses in the field of material technology which already include Arpa, Trespa and Westag. With combined sales of Euro 1.2 billion and circa 6,000 employees, the expanded group will have a leading global position in surface materials.
