The increase in Adjusted EBITDA was primarily driven by higher sales volume due to the inclusion of its Augusta facility, timing on planned major maintenance outages and benefits from cost reduction plan, offset by lower sales prices and lack of insurance proceeds realized in the Q2 2024 related to a significant weather event which occurred at its Lewiston, Idaho facility in the Q1 2024.
