Robbert Rietbroek will become President, Chief Executive Officer, and a director of Graphic Packaging Holding Company, effective 1 January 2026. He succeeds Michael P. Doss, who will step down from his roles on 31 December 2025 after leading the company as CEO since 2016.
The incoming CEO brings over 25 years of global consumer packaged goods experience, most recently serving as the CEO of Primo Brands Corporation.

Rietbroek's career includes prior leadership roles at Primo Water Corporation, PepsiCo, Kimberly-Clark, and Procter & Gamble across multiple international markets. The transition concludes Doss's 35-year tenure with the company, during which he oversaw a major expansion, including the development of a new facility in Waco, Texas, and the establishment of the company's Vision 2030 strategic platform. Graphic Packaging is a global provider of sustainable consumer packaging solutions.
