David Brenner is taking over the general management functions of J. u. A. Frischeis (JAF) in Austria with effect from February 2024. The responsibilities which Brenner is assuming at J. u. A. Frischeis GmbH (Austria) were previously those of general manager Werner Stix, who continues to oversee the general management of the international JAF Group alongside Miroslav Malženický and Wilfrid Fabjani.
By attracting Brenner, the JAF Group has brought on board an experienced expert with in-depth knowhow and industry knowledge. This graduate of politics, journalism and legal sciences most recently spent ten years in the position of general manager at the international wood-based manufacturer Kronospan Deutschland GmbH. From 2007 to 2013, he previously served as deputy provincial governor and provincial councillor for finances in the province of Salzburg.
The JAF Group, known in Austria as J. u. A Frischeis, is an international timber wholesaler and one of Europe’s leading suppliers of timber and wood-based materials.
