KPA Unicon has appointed Tomi Honkala as a new member of the Management Team and as head of sales (Vice President, Sales). Tomi has previously worked as the CEO of Chempolis and before that he has had a long career at Metso / Valmet as a Sales Director, e.g. in Finland and China.
Honkala has strong sales management experience in an international operating environment and will provide excellent support for KPA Unicon’s new boiler/power plant and service sales. In his previous work, he has worked in the forest and pulp industry and biorefineries. Tomi Honkala will start his position on January 10, 2022.
Mikko Marttala, Executive Vice President, is joining a new employer and his employment with KPA Unicon will end on January 31, 2022.
Keitele Group’s core operations are responsible wood procurement from Finnish forest owners as well as wood sawing and further processing.
