Lunawood Thermowood Composite manufacturer Lunacomp Oy will merge into Oy Lunawood Ltd’s business as of October 1, 2022.
The purpose of the merger is to simplify the Lunawood Group’s structure and reduce administrative obligations. At the same time, it enables the development of Lunawood Thermowood Composite as a part of Lunawood’s operations and the Lunawood brand. Lunacomp’s staff will transfer to Lunawood as old employees.
After the merger, the Lunawood Group will have two legal entities in Finland: Oy Lunawood Ltd and Lunaholder Oy.
Oy Lunawood Ltd is an innovative pioneer in the thermal modification of wood.
