National Timber Group (NTG) announces that NORclad has become the latest specialist timber products business to join NTG. This is the most recent in a series of acquisitions to further strengthen the Group’s position as the UK’s largest, independent, specialist timber processing and distribution group with a focus on value-added products. This announcement follows the recent acquisition of SV Timber in the Midlands, which joined NTG in September 2022.
Headquartered in North Somerset, NORclad is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of bespoke fire-rated timber cladding, facades and other timber products used by commercial and residential customers nationally.
NORclad’s shareholders will remain in the business, working closely with Patrick Guest, Managing Director of NTG England, to further develop NTG’s fire-rated timber cladding category and realise the opportunities presented by this partnership.
The National Timber Group is primarily engaged in timber importing and the manufacture and merchanting of timber and related products.
