OYSTAR IWK collaborates with MediSeal

Effective immediately, the companies will together be developing and producing packaging lines for the high-performance sector, as OYSTAR IWK said in the press release received by Lesprom Network. “With this collaboration, we are pooling our resources and increasing our productivity,” explained Markus Ehl, CEO of OYSTAR Holding. “In future this will enable us to position ourselves more strongly in the market.” Stephan Plewa, Managing Director of MediSeal, adds: “From a technical perspective, our high-performance blister machines can be greatly enhanced by OYSTAR IWK’s continuous motion cartoner. This will enable us to offer our customers an ideal high-speed blister solution.” MediSeal’s “CP600” and “CP1200” have undergone continual redevelopment for the last ten years, and can be combined with the OYSTAR IWK continuous motion cartoners to produce a range of products with a nominal output of up to 600 blister packs or 450 cartons per minute. “There is also high customer demand for the CP400 to be combined with the SC 4 continuous motion cartoner,” explained Plewa. “A line such as this is particularly well suited for a stacking solution, with just one blister pack per folding box and can produce and carton 400 blister packs per minute.“ OYSTAR IWK is a globally active company, belonging to the OYSTAR Group.
