Dec 17, 2004. Following its meeting, the supervisory board of SDAX-listed Pfleiderer AG (ISIN DE0006764749) has announced the following change in its membership: as of December 31, 2004 Mr N. Erich Gerlach steps down from office. Gerlach has been a member of Pfleiderer’s supervisory board since 1997. The supervisory board has ex-pressed its thanks to Mr Gerlach for his many years of dedicated service in the company’s interests.

Erich Gerlach steps down from office. Gerlach has been a member of Pfleiderer’s supervisory board since 1997. Mr Wolfgang Haupt (62) has been appointed by the court to replace Mr Ger-lach from January 1, 2005. Wolfgang Haupt is presently a member of the supervisory board of HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt KGaA, Dusseldorf.
