Sara Engber has been appointed President of North America at Huhtamaki, adding the regional leadership role to her current position as President of the Fiber Packaging segment. She will remain based in De Soto, Kansas, and continue reporting to President & CEO Ralf K. Wunderlich. The leadership change follows the decision by Ann O'Hara, the outgoing President of North America, to pursue opportunities outside the company, according to Huhtamaki.
Engber will temporarily continue leading the Fiber Packaging segment until a successor is named. The company highlighted her track record of delivering profitable growth and her extensive market knowledge across geographies.
