Gunilla Saltin, President of Södra Cell, is leaving Södra for a new role as Technical Director at the packaging and paper company Mondi, based in Vienna, Austria. A recruitment process will begin immediately, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Magnus Björkman, President of Södra Cell International, has been appointed Interim Business Area President and will also, therefore, be a member of Group Senior Management.
Södra is Sweden’s largest forest-owner association, with 52,000 forest owners as its members. Södra is also an international forest industry Group, with operations based on processing its members’ forest products.
