Toscotec announces the acquisition of the brand and intellectual property of the company formerly known as Recard, a long-established company in the sector specializing in the production of Tissue paper machinery. This includes the acquisition of know-how, technical drawings, and any other intangible assets.

Following the acquisition, Toscotec is the sole and legitimate owner of all rights related to the brand Recard and its intellectual property, including – but not limited to – the patents, designs, models, trademarks and know-how developed by Recard.
