Tractor production by Russian Onezhsky down 47% in 10 months of 2004

Nov 16, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian Onezhsky tractor plant increased tractor production 47% to 252 units in first 10 months of 2004 compared to the prior period in 2003. The main types of tractors manufactured are TLT-100A and TLT-100A-06. The production decrease was caused by the change of ownership that altered the sales channels. However the plant is still working on orders. Onezhsky introduced certain changes in the 2004 production plan, reducing tractor production 40% to 400 machines.
