Year-on-year, 1Q 2019 US imports of sawnwood from Cameroon expanded 48% compared to the 18% increase for shipments from the Rep. of Congo, 6% from Ghana, as ITTO reported.
In contrast there was a more than 30% decline in shipments from Cote d'Ivoire.
