Alfred Wall AG, part of the Consumer Packaging Group of MeadWestvaco Corporation of Stamford, Connecticut, USA, announced the sale of Masterpack Crimmitschau GmbH, one of its wholly owned subsidiaries, to Mugler-Druck. The sale was concluded on September 9, 2004, with an effective date of July 31, 2004. The amount was not disclosed. Masterpack specializes in the production of folding cartons for food and general packaging markets. The company employs approximately 85 people.
