Alabama Pellets LLC, which is majority owned by the Canadian company Pinnacle Renewable Energy Inc. based in British Columbia, Canada, has placed an order with Büttner.
Büttner will be supplying an energy system designed as a grate-firing system with a firing capacity of approx. 50 MW in combination with a high efficiency drum dryer type 5.6 x 28 R for the pellet production company. The new pellet line will be installed near Demopolis, Alabama in the United States of America. Hunt Industries will perform as general contractor for the installation of the entire dryer island.
