Bellmer GmbH has completed its acquisition of Cellwood Machinery AB, with the Swedish company now operating under the name Bellmer Cellwood. The deal, signed in mid-September and finalized at the end of October 2025, expands Bellmer's offerings in wastepaper recycling and bioenergy pre-treatment systems. The acquisition was announced by Bellmer leadership.
The integration process is now underway, with a focus on maintaining continuity and driving innovation. Bellmer Cellwood brings its expertise in dispersing systems and recycling technology to the Bellmer Group, supported by its subsidiaries in Germany, Canada, and China, along with sales and service teams in Vietnam and India. The combined entity will continue providing solutions to the global pulp, paper, and bioenergy sectors, according to Bellmer GmbH.
