Cedar Creek announced that Jayson Thompson has accepted the position of General Manager of the Denver branch. Jayson joined Cedar Creek in 2014 as a Sales Manager. Prior to starting with Cedar Creek, Jayson was a Territory Manager with Reid and Wright for 17 years. He led the Springfield, MO distribution facility and sales team.
