ECi Software Solutions, a leader in cloud-based business management solutions, has acquired Spruce Computer Systems Limited, a UK-based reseller of ECi’s Spruce software for managing timber, hardware and building materials businesses in the United Kingdom. Spruce Computer Systems Ltd. will become part of ECi’s LBM and Hardlines (LBMH) division, led by John Maiuri.
