Papyrus has agreed to acquire Olsonic AB, a Swedish full-service wholesaler within Viscom, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
The company, with a turnover of approximately SEK 70 million ($7.6 million), holds a market leading position in serving customers with effective print- and presentation solutions, including software and hardware for small and large format print together with installation, after-sales services and trainings. Niklas Rydbeck, managing director and majority owner of Olsonic, will join Papyrus in a key role driving Papyrus continued efforts within Viscom.
Papyrus is a leading European service company in paper, facility supplies and industrial packaging.
