Rengo subsidiary Sanko to build new plant and relocate head office

Rengo’s subsidiary Sanko Co., Ltd. has decided to construct a new plant at Awa-shi, Tokushima, Japan, and to relocate its head office, as the company says in the press release received by Lesprom Network.

Sanko considered renovation for the purpose of expanding its production capabilities, but the premises of the current plant is limited, and more residences are being built in its neighborhood. Sanko therefore decided to build a new plant on a substitute site owned by the company, and relocate there.

The new plant is planned to be completed in April 2021, and production at the current plant will cease after the new plant commences operation. The subsequent use of the current plant has yet to be decided.
