Russian PM Mikhail Fradkov Appointed Anatoli Temkin Deputy Minister of Natural Resources

Mar 26, 2004. /Lesprom Network/. Russian PM Mikhail Fradkov appointed Anatoli Temkin Deputy Minister of natural resources of the Russian Federation. Anatoli Temkin was born on July, 11 1955 in Cherdin, Perm region, his father was an officer with the Soviet army. Anatoli Temkin graduated from a Law School in Perm State University, worked in the prosecutor’s office and in Leninist Young Communist League of the Soviet Union. From 1987-1994 headed the regional Sputnik youth tourism bureau. From 1994-1997 – Permsky bank of reconstruction and development chairman of the board. From 1997 – Perm deputy mayor, municipal property management department chief. In 2000 headed Perm State property committee. In December 2000 appointed first deputy Perm region chief of administration, where Anatoli Temkin managed the property ownership and management, organized unique natural resources usage policy, land management and environmental protection, coordinated the work of the Committee on state property management of the Head department of natural resources, land resources management and environmental protection. From December 2001 Perm Motors member of the board. March 2003 – first deputy governor, chairman of property management department. From September 2003 Aviadvigatel company chairman of the board.
