Slovenia's roundwood purchased from private owners in August 2019 was worth Euro 4.9 million, which is about 4% less than in the previous month, as the Statistical Office of the Republic of Slovenia said in the press release received by Lesprom Network. 

The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was lower by about 1%, of pulpwood by 7%, of other industrial roundwood by about 17% and of wood fuel by about 63%.

The value of roundwood purchased from private owners in August 2019 was about 17% higher than in August 2018. The value of purchased sawlogs and veneer logs was higher by almost 29%, and ofpulpwood by about 1%. The value of purchased wood fuel was lower by almost 74% and of other industrial roundwood by about 8%.
