Sonoco Products Company announced that Chief Operating Officer (COO) Rodger Fuller will retire effective February 28, 2026. Fuller, who has been with the company for 40 years and served as COO since 2020, will not be directly replaced. Instead, the presidents of each business unit will report directly to President and CEO Howard Coker, according to Sonoco.
Fuller's responsibilities have included global consumer and industrial operations, diversified businesses, and Information Technology. He has also served as Interim CEO of Sonoco’s Metal Packaging EMEA business through the end of 2025. He joined Sonoco in 1985 as a customer service representative and advanced through numerous leadership roles.
