Steves & Sons has announced the appointment of Chris Cook, Nick Palmer, Daniel White and Michael Vancleave to key leadership roles within the company. These appointments, along with the expansion of the company’s Brigham City, Utah facility, support its growth in priority markets across the United States.

In their new roles as general managers, White and Palmer will lead Steves & Sons door plants in two of the company’s fastest-growing markets. White will oversee the Lebanon, Tennessee facility, while Palmer will manage the Brigham City, Utah plant.

Palmer’s appointment coincides with Steves & Sons’ completion of a 100,000-square-foot expansion at its Utah facility, which employs 135 people and features a new state-of-the-art robotic prime line. The project increases manufacturing capacity, enhances warehouse space and improves material flow. These improvements will optimize operations, reduce lead times and boost the company’s ability to meet growing demand in the region.

Cook joins Steves & Sons as a multifamily specialist and will lead business development initiatives across the Southeast. Vancleave, who takes on the role of area sales manager, will focus on strategic program development and key product lines across the Midwest.
