ThirdGen Timber Group has acquired a majority stake in Canadian Timberframes Ltd., uniting the parent company of True North Log & Timber Homes with the timber frame specialist.
The merger aims to create a complete North American provider for log, timber frame, and mass timber construction, enhancing capabilities for complex projects and sustainable design. The new partnership was announced by ThirdGen Timber Group leadership.
