Tornator Group’s FY 2017 net sales were Euro 101.6 million, up 4.8%, compared to Euro 97million in 2016, The growth was due to an increase in felling potential and a high demand for wood, as the company said in the press release received by Lesprom Network.
Operating profit at fair value amounted to Euro 92.4 million and profit for the period was Euro 77.9 million. In the previous year, the fair value of biological assets increased significantly, which accounts for the change in operating profit.
