U.S. kitchen cabinet sales decreased by 11.7% for November 2025 compared to the same month in 2024, reaching $167 million for surveyed manufacturers, due to broad-based market weakness across all product categories, according to the Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association (KCMA).
Custom cabinet sales declined by 3% to $49.4 million, semi-custom sales fell by 15% to $90.7 million, and stock sales decreased by 14.5% to $26.6 million.
For the year-to-date period ending November 2025, total sales for survey participants were down 6.9% to $2.1 billion. Custom sales fell 5.2% to $580.7 million, semi-custom sales declined 5.9% to $1.2 billion, and stock sales dropped 12.6% to $338.7 million.
