Mr. Aaron currently serves as CEO of Gilwern Associates, an adviser to Viridis Energy's largest shareholder, Cornwall Investments LLC, holder of 70% of the Company's outstanding stock. Mr. Aaron also serves as vice-chairman of HedgeServ Corp., a leading hedge fund and private equity administrator located in New York, London and Dublin, and vice chairman of Investor Analytics LLC, a cutting-edge, investment risk management software-as-a-service provider located in New York.
